Returns or cancellation

On return

If you have paid for the order with iDEAL / Mister_Cash or Bank transfer, you can expect the amount paid within five working days after the processing date of your return or cancellation.

How do I contact you about my invoices or payments?

If you have a question about your payments or invoices and you cannot find the answer tab 'Order status' in your account, you can send your question to customer service. Please include the following information:
  • The order or invoice number
  • The amount paid
  • The date of payment
  • The account number to which you transferred the amount
  • The payment reference stated on your statement
  • The bank account you are using
  • The name of the account holder

When canceling

We will refund you as soon as we have processed your cancellation. We will then send you a confirmation email. After that, you don't have to pay anymore. If you have already paid, we will refund you:

  • Paypal / iDEAL / Mister_Cash or Bank transfer: within three working days
