Our orders are delivered by PostNL and PostNL parcel service. If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a package. In that case you will see a 3S number with the order in your Order Status. With this number you can visit the PostNL site www.tracktrace.nl follow the shipping process of your package. PostNL does not deliver parcels heavier than 12 kilos to a PO Box address. We therefore recommend that you do not use a PO box address for a large order, but a regular address.
When your order status 'shipped' and it has been sent with PostNL parcel post, your order status will contain a 3S number after the order number. If you click on this number, you can see on the PostNL site where your package is in the delivery process.
After clicking on the 3S number, you may receive the following message: ‘ No shipments were found for this combination ’ (this is the combination of the 3S number and the zip code where the order must be delivered). This report can be caused because PostNL has not yet processed the 3S number. In that case, you can request the status of your order the next working day.
If the same message still appears three days after shipment and you have not yet received your order, we kindly request you to contact our customer service.
